We were a party of five. The room was equipped with two queen size beds, and a pullout couch. The furniture was all very old. The couch was positioned in a room where it was impossible to simply unfold the pull out bed. We needed to push the very heavy couch to the middle of the room in order for us to open it up. One of the queen size beds had a mattress that was impossible to sleep on because it had a severe dent in it.

No coffee in the lobby. Strong smell of cleaner/disinfectant. Broken/unusable lamp setting on the floor in the room. Only one washcloth in the bathroom. Overall, it was ok, but I'll look for a different hotel next time.

We were staying for 3 nights to attend the Stratford Festival. The property is conveniently located a short drive to downtown; about 7minutes. The Stratford Mall is across the street and there are restaurants on the drive, though we ate in town. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The hotel does appear outdated and that is my only criticism but it did not effect our stay.

Hotel advertises breakfast served daily. However, this is not the case. The hotel has an arrangement with a local chain restaurant that hotel guests receive a 15% discount. Not what we were looking for.

It was dated, the wallpaper was peeling off at the seams in several places, bathroom was tiny and the TV was smaller than my ipad. Very clean otherwise, no odor, comfortable mattress for the king size, staff was very helpful.

Pleasantly impressed

We were pleased with the spacious room. It was spotless and didn’t smell of harsh or perfumey chemicals. The bed was comfortable with ample pillows. The staff are warm and friendly, genuinely concerned for guests comfort. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
