Book Premier Inn Stoke-on-Trent accommodation from AU$62

Do not stay here! The pictures are not anything like the actual hotel, it’s very outdated and looks dirty. The carpets are filthy and the bedrooms are quite frankly disgusting! The bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned, hairs in the bath and even the toilet hadn’t been flushed. And a very disgusting wet mark on the floor that looked like urine. One room had the curtains nearly hanging off (a family room!) mismatched, wall paper peeling and stains on sheets. The pillows were nearly flat and the duvets so thin. The ceiling in one of our two rooms had the paint peeling and yellow marks from a bad leak and there was black mould in both rooms. If it wasn’t for the fact we had one night booked and arrived at 10pm i would have found us somewhere else to stay. Embarrassing to call this a hotel, I’ve seen cleaner crack dens in movies!!

Hotel in perfect condition except heating on the whole floor not working

Very basic, in urgent need of renovation, room above was playing loud music till past midnight, no staff to be found in the evening or at checkout, had to leave keys on desk.

Super clean room, hotel and pub! Staff are awesome, really friendly and chatty especially with my 8 year old 😀. Easy location for Alton Towers and a good price. Many thanks 😀
