The hotel staff were lovely and especially the team in the restaurant who came to my rescue serving my son and I right as the restaurant was closing. Also, really appreciated Stef and her kindness, who was working in the Starbucks in the morning.

Easy access to motorway, but very quiet. Great staff, clean comfy room & leisure facilities were excellent.

fantastic all round

The whole experience, two nights, was excellent. The room was very large, well fitted and although we did not housekeeping refreshment were replenished, when requested. The food was of high standard and equally matched by the service. Only criticism was poor pressure in the sink hot water tap. It was an accessible room so understand the concern of the hot tap.

We stayed for 3 nights, the location of the hotel is great the conditions of the hotel is good, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the service was excellent.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable The staff were very polite and helpful You could walk straight out of the hotel into the middle of the town
