It would be nice if you had more healthful options on your poolside and beach menus. More salads and healthy fair. It was all unhealthy food. Also, I did not get my welcome cocktail or cookies which might sound silly, but it’s part of what you say is included in the fee, but then when you don’t get it, it’s a little disappointing. Then we were tacked on with a parking fee that we did not know about it. And after we booked, it was book 3 then get one night free. It would’ve been nice to know this when we were originally booking. Also, it turns out they were perks for Florida residence. We did not know about. It would be nice if those were a little more obvious in the booking. I did book through hotels.com and was told free cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival. And that was not the case. So I ended up spending $500 unnecessarily.

They said that they had our reservation, but didn't have the room we had reserved. Ever see the $einfeld episode where they didn't have the rental car that he had reserved? Substitute "room" for "car" and it was exactly the same situation. Why take reservations if you don't hold the room?
