This gated community is located 5 minutes away from Clearwater beach and 11 km from Indian rocks beach. The bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen tv. There is a living area with a flat screen tv and a queen sleeper. Wi-fi included inside the condo. 2 beach chairs and one umbrella are also available.

Nice, secure and quiet

We had a good stay at Alina apt. It is very quiet, about 15 min drive to the beaches. Stores are close by. The pool is a bit small for the number of people in the area.

We had a great stay! This isn't the first time we've stayed at Avalon however it was the first time with Alina! She is very responsive and easy to deal with! She provided great details on the property and we didn't have any issues. We brought one thing to her attention and she responded right away to correct it. We would definitely stay again!

Review of condo

The property was as she described it. Bed was very comfy and al the furniture was to. Loved sitting outside in balcony. Pool was great. The only thing i woukd suggest is getting better rugs for bathroom that dont slide as much. And in your description change the publix is across the street its torn down yhere is another one not farFrom unit. Other then that condo was great and so was our vacation. Thank you

The condo was clean and perfect for our needs. It was cozy and had everything we needed. Located in a great location. The listing stated hot tub but there was not one on site-it is a fountain:) The pool is very nice! Would recommend and love to stay again!

Great property and location!

We have stayed at Avalon before - this unit was very clean, provided all the essentials and host was very easy To work with and provided clear information. I would definitely stay here again. Location provides great access to everything in Clearwater and around Tampa/ St Pete.

Annual family vacation

We love staying at any one of Alina's units. Once again extremely pleased with the unit. Included everything you would need for your stay; towels, bedding, kitchen necessities, wifi, etc. Check in information was provided well in advance and was very simple to follow. Disappointed we had to cut our trip a bit short due to news of Hurricane Ian; however, if we had stayed, Alina informed us that the unit was equipped and very safe to stay at if needed. Would definitely return!

We stayed here for a week.. nice place not in so great neighborhood but it was ok. People above are heavy walkers and quite rude knowing people are below them but it is an apt type place so.. overall stay was good.

Comfortable and Attractive Condo

The condo was furnished very comfortably and attractive. The kitchen was lacking a few things that we were able to buy at the dollar store. (pot holders, measuring spoons, salad tongs, etc.)The pool was extremely crowded with all the chairs reserved or taken by 9:45. The neighborhood was convenient to Publix and restaurants, but I did not like being located next to Section 8 housing. The security gates worked sporadically which didn't help.
