Moved rooms once, people smoke on balconies and it comes into the room, limited views even though paid a $100 extra a night, loud air conditioning, tired old rooms, expensive chair and umbrella rental even though the website said it was included. This property is very outdated. Our room sat above a huge HVAC unit and made our stay noisy and our balcony unusable. We had 1 working outlet in our room (in the bathrooom) making it impossible to charge our electronics. We had to make coffee in the bathroom! The pool area was filled with kids, even though there is a designated pool for families and kids, no one seemed to be monitoring it. The room was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Its clearly a corporate issue.

First the positoves, the location is perfect. Right beside Pier 60 and its own private beach. Movies in the pool at night for the little ones. On the other side our 2 rooms were not ready when we checked in at 1630 and were not ready until after 6. Our room was not serviced during the day, we were out most of the day. I probably wouldnt stay here again..

Black mold and mildew in shower of multiple rooms. A/C vent had 2 small “swiffer” filters that were dirty. Mold around vent. The first room they put us in smelled of mildew and wasn’t what we purchased. We purchased a gulf view and initially was assigned harbor view. The pool and access to the beach were nice. Food was good but expensive. Chicken sausage was undercooked on the inside.
