Direct Gulf front 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, for your perfect beach holiday. The private balcony overlooks the sugary sand beach of Indian Shores. Both the living room and the master bedroom have sliding glass doors to the balcony. There are ceiling fans in every room including the balcony for added comfort. The open floor plan provides space for your family to enjoy their vacation. The master bedroom has a California King size bed, ceiling fan, TV, and ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a tub/shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Twin beds, ceiling fan, and TV. The 3rd bedroom features 2 Queen size beds, armoire, and ceiling fan. There is a DVD in the living room and Washer/Dryer is right in the unit for added convenience. The head-on views of the Gulf of Mexico and lush tropical landscaping just below the balcony can be seen from both the living room and the master bedroom. FREE secure WiFi and FREE long distance to the US and Canada. The pool deck has new (2019) lounge chairs and a number of tables and chairs as well. There is a large Heated Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, and both charcoal and gas grills. Recreation room with restrooms, a Ping Pong table, and a lending book library.
