I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Avalon!! It definitely won't be my last time. Everything was lovely! The staff was very friendly and my stay was quiet and peaceful. I dined twice at the sister hotel's restaurant right next door at The Hollander. He food was delicious and atmosphere and server was great. I was there on business and thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the complimentary bottled water, tea and coffee time daily, and happy hour every evening were also nice perks and very relaxing. My mattress was comfortable and I slept well! This hotel has an eclectic charm and lots of character and downtown. I highly recommend it!

The hotel is super cute, and the service is phenomenal! This was our second time staying here, and we will definitely stay here again. Plenty of restaurants and shops are within walking distance. As they are sister properties, you also have use of the pool at the hotel next door. The pool bar is amazing, with plenty of food and drink options!

Amazing quaint boutique hotel

Amazing hotel. The decor was so cute. We enjoyed the outdoor porch at night, relaxing on the comfy couches afternoon champagne cocktail hour from 5 to 7 was a treat. Beds were super comfortable amazing breakfast next-door at their sister hotel, the Hollander we could walk to the Palladium to see our concert on Saturday night. It was a fabulous birthday weekend and free shuttle service anywhere within St Pete.

Very clean and comfortable, well placed.

We had a suit. Had everything we needed for our stay. The suits are not rooms with a view and quite dark but overall a good bass and very clean. Nice pool in the adjoining hotel had a lively vibe with bar. Very handy to hop on the free tourist bus to get to anywhere in downtown.

Do not recommend to stay at this place. Room is very small and kinda shabby so at the hotel. For $100 for a night it’s better to do hotel which is next door. We stayed one night before it was much nicer experience.
