There is no accessible rooms, the bathroom is barely big enough to get in and close the door, the pillows on the bed are uncomfortable and hard, the elevator broke twice and we had to get staff to bring my father down the stairs in his wheelchair, one of the rooms had a leak and it was reported but nothing done about it. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I misplaced my purse at a wedding venue the day of check in and didn’t have my ID with me. Although my husband was there earlier in the day and dropped off bags the hotel would not allow us to check in when we arrived that night. No refund issued so I paid full price for a stay I didn’t have. Very disappointed.

This is not what I expected from a Holiday Inn (IHG) property. From the lobby, elevator, hallway to room... very poorly maintained. The price of the room is not even cheap. Mostly likely my last time to be here. Will not book again.
