Fun night in St. Augustine

The room was comfortable and clean, felt bad for the staff as they seemed to have to do everything, check in, bartend, etc. was impressed that they called me to let me know I had left an item behind.

Everything was great. Staed there in Nov 2024 and liked it so much, iwanted to stay there again..The staff are terrific and go out of their to make your stay the best. The location is very convenient.

The hotel is funky and attractive, but my stay was less than stellar. We arrived to find that their restaurant wasn't open. Having food available in-hotel was a big selling point for us booking. The worst of it though, was the angry yelling, crying, and vomiting sounds I heard until 1:30 AM from the bar next to our room, and later, the rooms around ours. It was disturbing, and awful. I got no sleep. I politely let them know when checking out, and while they did give my husband a couple free cans of soda, it felt like a pretty bad experience overall for the hefty price.

Very nice hotel, lots of free parking, fast check in, very nice restaurant space that although wasn’t opened for dinner, had really nice breakfast options. Nice pool area, rooms were clean, nicely decorated and roomy. Beds were very comfortable, shower was clean and had a hand held sprayer, great draining and water pressure, nice toiletries provided. Would stay again.

This property is beautiful! The rooms and lobby are so uniquely and beautifully decorated. The beds are very high quality! The staff was all wonderfully trained. The property is very convenient to the historic Old Town.
