Situated a few minutes from historic downtown, this B&B is perfect for anyone who just wants to park the car for a few days! It's very convenient for walking around downtown, or if you don't want to walk, try the Hop on Hop off sightseeing bus. They even sell tickets for this at the B&B! Just ask! The staff are super helpful and friendly! We stayed in the Sapphire Room on the first floor, which we later found out was on the corner of two streets (Cordova and Cuna)! It was very noisy both nights of our stay, until around midnight. During the day, it was much quieter! The room had a claw-foot bath with overhead shower. I wouldn't recommend this if balance is an issue. There are twenty stairs from the ground floor to the first floor! Fairly low-rise, so not as daunting as it might sound! We spent several hours on the front porch one evening, chatting with friends, watching the world go by! Great fun, although it was noisy outside in the evenings, and lots of traffic! There are complimentary beverages all-day (tea, coffee, water, coke and wine). We enjoyed our stay here! Great location! Would definitely recommend!

We loved the location and the charm of the inn itself. Our only real snag came from two issues; checking in after 5 pm was not clear and somewhat difficult. And, the noise from outside our room was very noticeable!

Great property, we had a blast and stayed in the gold suite, it was quiet and super convenient and they always had little snacks, and drinks out all times of the day and night :) was a wonderful trip and would stay here again, the only thing I recommend is removing the wreaths off the doors to the individual suites as mosquitos can actually breed/rest in them and we had a lot of them in our room so we had to wear bug spray every night to not get bit, literally everything else was perfect!!

Nice property but a bit of a task taking luggage upstairs. A bit of a musty smell in the shower and the water takes a while to heat up but overall ideally located and being able to park at the property is great as parking otherwise is a nightmare.

We stayed in the Diamond suite. Very spacious suite. Just an FYI if you decide to book this room, bed is next to the street. So it gets a little noisy at night. Breakfast was amazing. Staff and owners are awesome. All needs and requests were always fulfilled with a smile!!! We will be back!
