Location was perfect and the staff were wonderful. We would definitely stay there again and we will recommend it to our friends and family. That said, it’s definitely time for new carpeting. It’s at the end of its life.

My friend had never been to St Augustine, so I took her to see the Christmas lights. Bella Bay was basically across the street, making it a short walk to the historic district. Great place for an overnight stay. If staying longer I would request a room with the kitchenette.

Room and location were great. Parking was rough. My husband is a disabled veteran and the parking lot is a few blocks away. It's isolated and very dark parking lot of an apartment complex. We had to drive around for street parking to get closer to the room that took an extra 30 minutes. Music from nearby business plays loud until midnight on the weekends. If you want peace & quiet may not be ideal for you . Staff was very nice . Would love to stay here again, but the parking situation will keep us from booking again.

Great location. Noisy from bar downstairs. Parking is more of a hassle than expected, especially when the limited spots are misused by patrons who don’t park properly. Bed and furniture need improvement.

Room was clean. Location is walking distance to Historic St Augustine. Wonderful restaurants, boutiques and pubs. Highly recommend staying at Bella Bay Inn.

Room was good and location was walking distance to almost all areas a tourist would visit. Only reason I would not stay there again is due to the restaurant/bar located below the rooms. It’s a party at all hours up to 1am.

Located directly on Main Street. Downsize is the parking is 3 blocks away. You have to unpack at hotel and then drive to parking lot. Walkable to everything

Parking isn't anywhere near the property. Also it's shared with O.C Whites and when they are full they dont save a spot for you to load or unload your vehicle. I wasn't to happy about marching my ass a mile down the road to load my vehicle.

Everything was wonderful, except the bed. It was broken down, especially the right side. It sunk in the middle. We would love to stay there again except the bed was really bad for my back.

Perfect Location

The room was very neat and clean. It was also spacious with a microwave and mini fridge. It was in great location to St. George St.. Parking is not on site, but not too far away.

Beautiful room and location.

The room was perfect for our overnight stay. Comfortable and clean with some coffee for the morning. Bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. We were able to walk down St. George street, through the plaza and all around to see the beautiful lights. We did arrive in town prior to check in and wanted to get a parking pass so we could explore. This was a little complicated. We had to stop at the Bella Bay and then were directed to a second location down the street. We received our pass there and were then directed to a parking lot further down the street. That part was a bit confusing for us. You can drop off your bags at the Bella Bay prior to parking. The walk from the parking lot to the room is approximately 3 small blocks.

At this location you unload your car then park at an apartment building a few blocks away. This was not a problem as we love to walk. We enjoyed the location and the room.
