Beautiful property, staff is amazing. Reaching out prior to check in to ensure we knew how to enter property. Room was available and fully furnished for the extra beds. Decor through out property was designer feel. Housekeeping 2 x a day and 24hr front desk. They help organizing tours for you or taxi service to airport, as well as provide cooking class in property by the hotel chef. They have alliances with beach club downstairs as well as local restaurants with discounts on food. The only issue we had is the sink in bathroom has bad odor when not used. I looked under and saw the pipe was not a U shaped pipe like we have in the USA. This is more of an issue for the plumber they hired to install the sink. We didn’t bring it up to the staff because we didn’t want them to send a plumber to the room while we were using it- instead just dealt with it since it was only 4 nights

The perfect spot to stay in Sorrento!

The staff was absolutely amazing. Great central location with easy access from the Sorrento Lift that brings you up from the port area if arriving by boat. The staff recommended a few day trips and took care of all the arrangements. The attention to detail was fantastic and the breakfast was very enjoyable. I would say 10/10 because the only thing I didn't llike was the bath products but I always have my own just in case.

I had an absolutely exceptional experience—far beyond my expectations. The host was truly outstanding: warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made me feel less like a guest and more like part of the family. It’s rare to come across such a high level of care and kindness. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a memorable and personal touch.

AMAZING 4 night stay! If I could give 10 stars I would! So clean, delicious breakfast served by 2 amazing women. Salvatore welcomed us with a big smile, helped with our very heavy bags and made us cappuccino on the very early morning of checkout. Absolutely perfect location and delicious restaurant Mo Mo.

Beautiful property. Very clean and comfortable. Amazing location with a great breakfast. The staff went above and beyond! They assisted us with airport transfers and booking a private car for the day. I highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.

Stayed in a family room with a large king sized bed and two single beds, and two bathrooms. Room was amazing, very big and huge main bathroom with a giant bath. Spotless and great decor. Breakfast included was delicious - mostly fresh continental but choice of eggs or pancakes too. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout and reaponsive before arrival too. Location was perfect - just on edge of old town so 2 mins walk, and 2 mins walk to the path down to harbour. Couldnt recommend it enough!

Beautiful hotel. Their breakfast was exceptional! It was the first stop on our trip so it became the bar to beat on all other stays. If you arrive by car, coordinate with hotel so that staff from the far away parking spot come to pick up the car; after that, the pickup and delivery of car can be made through the hotel or writing directly to the parking via Whatsapp.

A great hotel

A great hotel located in the centre of the old town. It is clean and the room is comfortable. Breakfast was plenty and varies everyday. I highly recommend it!

My daughter and I were on the trip to Italy. We stayed in a few different places. We stayed at this hotel in Sorrento for 4 nights. It was the best stay on our trip. Our room was gorgeous, very tastefully decorated and very clean. Staff was absolutely the best from the staff that greeted us to the staff in the kitchen. Everyone was so polite and accommodating. The breakfast and happy hour food was delicious. We hated to leave and if we travel back to Sorrento that would be the place we would want to stay at. I do not see any reason why someone would be disappointed with their stay at the Maison il Conservatorio...it was wonderful!

Wonderful stay!

Our stay could not have been better. The building had been recently renovated and was immaculate. Our room was quite large as was the bathroom. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast was better than most restaurants with two friendly and very capable staff cooking fresh egg dishes of your choice. Coffees were made to order. Great pastries as well as freshly squeezed orange juice every morning. We could not be more pleased at our choice of hotel and would recommend it very highly.

This was the best hotel in all of our stay in Italy. Our room was absolutely beautiful as well as the whole hotel was. The staff was great and very welcoming as well as informative. This hotel was in the perfect location. 10 minutes to the train and bus station, 10 minutes to the ferry and 2 minutes to the elevator that would take you to the beaches and minutes from shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff were wonderful. Check in and out was easy. Breakfast was delicious and had great options. Beautiful decor, comfortable beds, and clean hotel. Will definitely return because our stay was exceptional. Can’t say enough about how great staff was especially the young gentleman. Totally in love with this place.
