Smith Hill accommodation with spa

Manager jay, was very pleasant also noelle went out of her way to accomodate us after shuttle driver for hotel did not show up twice for us. We had to get rental car back night before she ordered an uber for us and stayed past her 8pm shift till 9 to make aure we were back safe and aound. Next day our flight left at 715 we needed to leave at 5am for airport again no shuttle driver. She made sure airport driver was scheduled for us even though she was not working in am. THANK YOU SO MUCH NOELLE. TEXTED ME WHEN I GOT HOME TO MAKE SURE I HAD A PLEASANT FLIGHT HOME.

Beautiful rooms and very nice hotel

The Omni is a beautiful hotel located in the heart of Providence. The hotel is first class with so much to offer. The front desk staff is outstanding! They are always constant professionals, funny , warm and welcoming! I highly recommend staying at the Omni!

It was a unique place to stay and Haley at the front desk was amazing. So friendly and upbeat and went out of her way to help me with my luggage to room and made me feel very special and she cared .

Fights among the homeless across the street with police called to intervene Otherwise great location to the mall and federal hill. Blake’s and Murphys are fun bars with good food.
