I guess you get what you pay for. Although this Best Western was not a what would be considered a premium hotel, the price was pretty expensive for what we got. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was nice. There was no coffee available in the 24 hr. coffee station and the breakfast was pretty bad. Eggs were very unappetizing,no toast available,and the bagels etc, were awful. Trash cans were overflowing and the lady who was working there was obviously trying, she but could have used additional help. The cereal selection was obviously geared for children, and the "fresh Yogurt' machine was empty and was not able to be refilled..Corporate should come and evaluate what breakfast is offered, and update that and other amenities.For about 10% more in price, I usually receive 100% more in value when I use other hotel chains.

Safe, clean, and nice hotel. I was wary initially but it fit the bill and was better than decent or a basic hotel. Staff are so sweet and friendly. No one ever seemed like they were flustered or mad. Was able to get around via Uber to the Brown U area.

Close and convenient, however when the person at the front desk asked housekeeping if my room was ready, they said no yet he still put me in it. When I went to take a shower, the bathroom smelled like stale urine (there were stains around the outside of the shower and hairs on the floor) and the shower was broken. The mattress was also harder than a rock.

Everything was Clean, which is really important, however the Sink for the Bathroom is located in the main area and not in the bathroom with the toilet & tub 🤔 I prefer everything together. The Bathtub & toilet area was very small & the fan was super loud… other than those issues all was good.. I prefer a Hilton or Marriott brand just my opinion.. was very Clean !

I appreciated closeness to airport and the shuttle. However, the wake up call we were offered never came and we woke up 30 minutes after the call should have come. My friend still made her flight but it prevented her from grabbing something from the breakfast and started the day with tension and frustration. The hotel itself was fine. Ice and snacks near the front desk. Beds were comfortable. Staff was pleasant. If the wake up call had come in, I'd probably be giving it the 5th star. Lesson to us, don't rely on someone else to wake us when it's important.

Very disappointed that the sink was in the main room instead of in the bathroom. Very noisy. Housekeeping staff had no regard for those who might be sleeping in the morning, talking loud in the hallway when they were rooms apart. Running the vacuum in the hallway way too early
