Location is perfect. 2 mins walk to the train station. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The housekeeping team has done a great job and cheer us up every mornings. Filtered water dispenser machine available on each floor is a great plus

This is my second time staying at L7 Hongdae, I stayed here last June with friends. My son and I were told to be able to check in early when we went to deposit our luggage at the hotel. All was pleasant til the night of 4th June when we were disturbed by loud partying til 3am. It carried on for the next 2 nights. However this unpleasant experience was salvaged by Ms Liz Bae. She managed the situation very well and also offered us a change of room. When we forgotten our room card the next day, she even check in on us about the noise situation. Will choose to stay here again because of the wonderful service by the staff.

It was good. You have to pay for the pool which was okay. Staff was good. Hongdae was fun but had a sewage smell all over. But that was with most areas we went in South Korea. All in all 4/5

Room is clean but not as spacious for 3 shoppers. Located near to subway, and walkable from airport limousine Hongik Univ station (bus 6002). However, rooftop access required to pay admission fee which is a little shocking. Soundproofing of the rooms are bad. We had construction works past midnight and was hard to fall asleep. Even noises from motorcars can be heard clearly. Elevators takes a long time to arrive each time you call for the elevator. Please note that they are very stringent on their check in time at 3pm.
