The hotel room was really nice and well accommodated. The location was great as it’s right next to the busy Insadong street and it’s just a 20 min walk to Gyeongbukgung, Changdukgung, Myeongdong, and Bukchon. The room felt like a real living space rather than a hotel room. My wife and I really appreciated having a washer/dryer unit inside our room (it was not the best washer dryer but it got the job done regardless) and the service staff were really great. Whenever we needed anything, they immediately came to our room and whenever we ordered packages, they put it into our room right as it arrived. The bathroom was especially really nice as it had a separate bathtub and shower. One last thing I would like to mention is that there is so much closet space. I have never seen so much closet space in a hotel room before. The only reason we’re not giving 5 stars is because the bed and the pillows. The bed was really firm. We like firm beds but this bed so firm that I woke up with sore shoulders almost everyday. The pillows were not great as they provided no support. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others as long as you request a softer bed if that’s available. My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

This is a perfect place to stay if you want to be close to history, culture and shopping in Seoul, Korea. We had a one bedroom and then moved to 2-bedroom because we needed another bedroom. Having a washer/dryer is a big plus. I gave 4 star for the amenities because the sauna was not updated and no hot tubs. I just want to give a shoutout to Rachel who helped us in so many ways. Thank you, Orakai!!

We got the non-smoking room with smells of cigarettes which also was not the same as on the pictures. I did an upgrade and it was fine, but there was no heating and A/C during our stay due to some renovation. Hotel did not offer anything as a compensation for that situation. Breakfast is very bad with a very few options, every day the same.

Great space and location, well kept and spacious units. Very friendly staff and accommodating. We had a planned switch in apartments with earlier departure of part of our party and they were able to check us in early to new apartment as soon as we checked out of the prior one.

The property is in an amazing cultural location, near the palaces, art centers and easy access to fantastic restaurants and street food. The rooms are spacious and the hotel facilities are great, especially if you are saving luggage space and need to wash your clothes. If you are going to Seoul I would highly recommend staying here.

We got a four bedroom, but one of the bedroom is more of a walk in closet with a small bed. It didn’t have a window. The rest of the three bedrooms were good size and had city views. The living room, dining area, kitchen and bathrooms were good too & decent size. The cleaning lady kept our whole unit clean and supplied with towels and amenities. The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance Myeongdong, the palaces, Hanok and the observatory. There are very good coffee, bakeries and breakfast places in the area. Also a lot of food options in the area.

Great location right near Insadong culture street and walking distance to the palaces and Hanok neighborhoods. We were upgraded to an executive suite on a high up floor. Didn’t hear any noise and hopefully nobody else had to hear our baby cry. Beds were quite firm, but I actually like this. The room was definitely very worn and had some stains and other damage, but still worth it for the spacious room, full size kitchen, in suite laundry and great location. The coffee place downstairs has bagels and other breakfast stuff. The cu across from the back door is much bigger and has more selection than the 7-11 that is out front.
