An hotel where service is quite remarkable from all staff and in every outlets of te hotel. The room furniture and decors while in top shape, could use a more modern look for my taste.

The service was impeccable, with staff members who went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. The warmth and attentiveness of the team made me feel truly valued, and I couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming environment. The room itself was a sanctuary of comfort and elegance, with stunning views of the city skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail in the design was evident in every corner. I especially appreciated the modern amenities that blended seamlessly with the classic, refined decor. Dining at the hotel was an absolute highlight. The selection of restaurants offered a variety of delicious cuisines, each crafted with such care and skill. Whether enjoying a leisurely breakfast or a gourmet dinner, every meal was a memorable experience. The hotel’s location is also ideal—central, yet peaceful, offering easy access to Jakarta's best attractions and shopping spots. The facilities, including the spa and fitness center, were top-notch and offered a wonderful way to unwind after a busy day. Overall, my stay at Mandarin Oriental Jakarta was flawless. Clean, cozy and staff was great. Just a one night layover and included an airport shuttle. Amenities in the bathroom so you don't have to unpack for an overnight stay. Easy peasy!

The Staffs were incredibly friendly, caring. The room is well maintained, housekept The Dining' staff especially Mr. Tegar and Ms. Rachel were so attentive, hospitable. We are so thankful. We feel home indeed.
