We’ve travelled extensively. This is the best hotel from all places we stayed. From the concierge, reception, the room so clean and bed very comfortable. The gym is remarkably clean. Remarkable breakfast. All staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They all went all above and beyond. We highly recommended this place. We definitely back again.

I stayed here for a business trip and booked a specific room type based on its layout from a previous stay. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was assigned a different room as an “upgrade,” which I had not requested. When I asked about the room I had reserved, I was told it was unavailable. As a solo traveler, the larger layout did not add value and felt unnecessarily spacious rather than comfortable. The staff were polite and professional, and the overall service was acceptable. However, there were several operational details that affected the stay. The wardrobe and bathroom had a noticeable odor, and during a previous visit, the bathroom drain had not been properly cleaned. In addition, the elevators were quite slow during peak hours. While the stay was manageable, I would likely consider other options if given a choice in the future. I hope improvements can be made in room allocation and housekeeping standards.
