Out of the main tourist area, so it is quiet. The hotel is doing some maintenance/updates but they aren't intrusive. Overall we enjoyed our stay

This hotel was very elegant and classy. Old school with a great friendly staff. They were very helpful in every aspect of the 2 night stay. The bed was amazing and the room beautifully appointed. This hotel is a step back in time with the very colorful history. I highly recommend this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. I will defiantly stay again on my next trip to Seattlle. We were able to walk to the pier and market place as well as all the shops. So fun.

Better than the Hilton which was paid for by the people who put on the conference I was going to. I walked into my room and said out loud “god I have such good taste in hotels” which is really quite the thing to say I need to be more humble. . . Oh well . . . Haha. I will say it isn’t like the best hotel I’ve been in but the price per night is significantly cheaper. Sorry if this came across like I’m a spoiled brat but I am a spoiled brat so if it came off that way it makes sense. Also the elevator

The historic aspect of the property is amazing! Beautiful, clean period style room and public areas. Northern Lights Dome room roof amazing too. Breakfast and room was very good.
