Nice hotel

Older boutique hotel but very nice rooms. Newer bathrooms and the bed was super comfy! Breakfast included and it was great! Fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, pancakes and more. Half a block from Pioneer Square train station.

Nice, safe hotel.

The room was clean and the staff friendly. Great security around the hotel. I was traveling with my tween daughter and her friend. We walked the short distance from the light rail station. The Seattle transit police had a presence there and ensured that hotel guests got to and from the hotel safely. The place itself is very safe and secure. The staff friendly, room clean and great breakfast.

What an impressive building! The staff was great and very helpful. They have a great bar close to the lobby. The in room coffee is a French Press! Everything was great.

Nice spacious room in a historical property. Was glad to have breakfast included (both got & cold choices). It is hilly around the area so be prepared & wear good shoes. Seattle’s public transportation is good & will get you to most tourist sites.

I like the historic part of it but am scared of the photos in the room. As my husband and I were haunted at the Louisana New Orleans Ritz Carlton, this has impacted our romance a great deal... The elevators smell bad too, clean or replace the carpet would help too

Dark and Confused

Room was dark. Light bulb out on desk lamp. The motel in general was dark. We were told that a wood box of snacks were complimentary. Double checked with desk clerk on evenings that 30$ silver reward was for use in the restaurant or the snacks. It was possible that I misunderstood the check in clerk said.
