The property was nice. Lots of restaurants in the area. Our only complaint is that the server in the breakfast was not nice and even though we got down close to closing time she refused to put anymore food out and started closing everything up 10 minutes early. Even putting the fruit away and locking up the fridge. At our next stop at the Hampton Inn was 100% better. The breakfast was much better and they even kept it open a few extra minutes after cosing time. We know which hotel we won't be staying at on our next visit to the Saulte

Extremely rude breakfast staff. The employee was hastily cleaning up well before the end of the allotted breakfast time, and was quite rude. She was confrontational, grabbed items from us while we were trying to use them (syrup, cream, coffee). Several people in the breakfast area were complaining about her. The cleaning staff on our floor were very nice, but we decided to not stay any more nights due to the breakfast staff.

The area felt very unsafe. The breakfast area was not big enough for the amount of guests. The breakfast items were gone so fast due to space & amount of guests. There was not enough sitting space. There was only one elevator that again, is not enough for the amount of guests.

Dude, it wasn't like the pictures at all. The elevator and entrance smelled weird. It wasn't clean either. Two hundred bucks a day was way too much.

We had a nice stay. The only issue we had was breakfast but i think it was more an issue with other guests who felt the need to make 14 pancakes (im not kidding)while there was a huge line waiting. A lot of the stuff was out and took a while to refill. They need a bigger food prep area.

Great hotel close to beautiful sights.

We really enjoyed the pool, the breakfast was great and the rooms were spacious and clean. There was a really pretty outdoor area to enjoy as well. It was walking distance to a starbucks and beaver tails on the water front.
