**Construction on the beach access is occurring and will be completed by April 30, 2025. During this time, the One Seagrove beach access will be closed, including over Spring Break. For your convenience, the nearest public beach accesses are Bramble Grove, 1 mile west, and Eastern Lake, 1 mile east.**

Located only 2.5 miles from Seaside, you are right in the heart of all things 30A. Stay Salty features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably. The first floor centers around a living room and has a queen bedroom, a bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunk beds, and a queen master bedroom that features an en suite bath with a walk-in shower. The main living area on the second floor has a spectacular modern design featuring walnut hardwood floors, a Chef’s kitchen with Viking appliances, unique lighting, rock flooring in the bathrooms, and a spacious living room with 12-foot ceilings accented with custom beams. Step outside onto the huge covered, vaulted deck off the 2nd-floor living room that boasts a fabulous oyster shell finished fireplace! On the third floor, you will find a loft area with a balcony that features views of the Gulf, and a King Master bedroom with a walk-in shower and garden tub. SeaNest Village is an exclusive, gated community in beautiful Seagrove Beach on Hwy 30A! This luxury neighborhood is low density with only 43 home sites and features a large community pool deck. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
