Lovely welcome from Patricia when we arrived and she was super helpful during our stay. Pool areas well kept and very comfortable. Breakfast was v good and the lovely Whitney served us who was very charming and efficient.
Only downside was a very obvious’old’ blood stain on my duvet cover which was a surprise that the maids were ok putting in someone’s bed. It got changed but not great.
