Very modern hotel, spotlessly clean. Some clever tech. Builds for the hotel, at park was small, can’t change that, but lift wasn’t built yet so had to walk heavy luggage into front of hotel. We did pre check in on phone, didn’t state needed expiry date from passport yet when went into lobby had to re check and enter so wasn’t quick. Had to load a key card pay tax on arrival. So wasn’t quick at all. Room really nice. However why put a sink in the bedroom next to a shower. When you use the toilet, you can’t wash your hands until you open the toilet door (bad design and not very hygienic) App was ok, but had to keep entering the key code which was frustrating. Asked for robes twice, said the service was completed yet still never arrived. Don’t get me wrong, beautiful hotel, stunning roof too bar (most expensive drinks we found on the island) . Staff really friendly. Maintenance fixed the fridge in room very quickly.

Breakfast was delicious, however, they need felt on the bottom of the chairs. Room was very dark and lacked drawers for tourists staying a week. Nice location to the harbor, shopping and dining options. The rooftop bar had great music and drinks. The view from our ocean front room was fabulous. I can’t state more strongly the lighting at the property is very low. We used the gym but it lacked a Smith Machine which was disappointing since they have the room.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and very clean. The reception team are excellent! Really friendly and helpful. Situated Within walking distance to the centre of town and with lots of excellent restaurants around the area. It would’ve been nice if our coffee & tea was replenished everyday without been charged, I think that is part of the service in my opinion. The alcohol prices at the top bar are astronomical and there’s no prices available so when we got the bill were shocked by it. All in all a good experience

Just back from a week staying at Next Savoy Signature. We booked a studio room with sea view and were not disappointed. The room was large & bed very comfortable. It had a large balcony overlooking the pool & sea. Staff all very friendly & helpful. Breakfast buffet was amazing, huge choice of hot & cold food. We also had an evening meal in the restaurant by the pool, food & staff there were excellent also. I would highly recommend & would stay there again if returning to Madeira.
