The hotel itself is a rundown dump, but the trade-off is it’s 140 bucks a night to be two minutes from the beach. We stayed on the first floor and we could hear every movement the people above us made, while we were there the P-trap for the sink in the bathroom, literally disconnected, they came and “fixed” it, but when we ran the sink, it still leaked water on the floor, I just left towels, the entire property could benefit from a washer rag and some scrubbing bubbles, and the exterior could use a mild pressure washer. I gave it a two star because it was cheap and because the staff did give us extra towels when we asked, which is sometimes difficult with these budget type properties. Would I stay here again? No, even for a budget property this was pretty dirty and loud. If you are going to stay here, I recommend staying on the third floor.

We got the two bedroom suite that sleeps 4. What that actually got was a bed in the living room. A table that sits two people. Dirty. The pool is no longer there. It has been submitted over. We thought we would have a living room room for all of us to hang out. We could not all fit. Super disappointing paid extra for for a two bedroom should’ve saved our money and got a standard room.

Hotel is amazing for location, service and price. We really love it. The only issue is it would be amazing if they would to upgrade there beds. Well we can dream. It’s a great place to stay.

Booked the double room with kitchenette. Was more like a small 1 bedroom apartment. Kitchenette came with full size refrigerator and gas stove. Perfect for small family. Older hotel right in front of Boardwalk parking lot so it made getting to boardwalk very easy and convenient. We needed an ADA room, but they were sold out (my fault i forgot to request when booking) but they were very accommodating to what we needed. I also appreciate that they called to confirm our check-in eta since we were running late and they waited for us..with a welcoming smile. Thank you
