The convenience of this location was outstanding!! The staff was nice and I would’ve loved to give this location 5 stars however, the water issue at this property put a huge dent in our overall experience. Firstly, there is little to no hot water at this property, we were told after check in that there have been some plumbing issues on the street. Also another HUGE inconvenience is the property asks that you do not flush any toilet paper, wipes, etc down the toilet due to the sensitivity of the pipes. This can be gross and inconvenient especially considering there is no daily cleaning service to pickup towels. It would’ve been good to have this information before booking.

The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. The pillow cases smelled very clean but had stains on several of them, both sides. We didn’t tell the host it was good enough. We had trouble with water running out but not due to the host. Beware that you can’t flush toilet paper. It was perfect for our one night stay. The window in the shower doesn’t close all the way so you may hear a little street noise but it didn’t bother us. We found free street parking but it took a minute. Plenty of places to eat around there. The host was very responsive.

The room was very clean and the staff was really helpful. We were a little confused on how to get into the apartment complex and the owner was very helpful and immediately came out to help us and always responded to my messages so I really enjoyed staying here.

The apartment was good, it didn’t like as vibrant as the pictures and the couch could use a cleaning or be replaced. We asked several times if we could check out at 11am instead of 10am but couldn’t accommodate. They did offer to store our luggage so we decided to do that but by the time they responded to my message about the storage we already had to check out. They responded to my message at 10:30am, I sent the message around 8:30am. Would not go back.

Odor was unbearable, water pressure was a dribble. They claim they would have changed our room. I know for a fact they did not have an opening. I would recommend you take them off your site.

I didn't like the smell of the room, it smelled humid, and when I asked for extra towels I was told that they were going to be delivered, but never got them. Overall it was okay, but probably wouldn't stay again. The apartment we were given was a ground floor, dark apartment - nothing like in tbe photos when we reserved. There was a LOT of humidity (also visible on the walls which was painted over) and it was impossible to air out even with all windows open - all my clothes were smelling of humidity when I got home and I had to wash everything to get rid of the smell. It's clear that the apartment is a bit older than seems in the pictures also. Bedroom quite nice, good mattress. Good kitchen (though the stove light could not be turned off). The water temperature in the shower was lukewarm at best. And the main entrance door really need a fix, when locked you can see the door is a bit wobbly, wouldn't be difficult to enter to be honest. The area is good and the apartment is well located. Also good communication from the property has to be acknowledged, they are very thorough with their service and messaging. Overall a mixed review.

We stayed in 1b a three bedroom suite It’s very spacious with three bathrooms The neighborhood is great with tons of places walking distance and the beach 10-12 minute walk Good facilities and great for families The floor was very dirty and our feet were dirty when we got there , probably dusty but would have appreciated a better mop of the facilities Overall good place and would stay again Great for families and good neighborhood

I'm not sure where to start or how this place had good reviews to begin with. If you like to feel that the place you are staying is clean and mold free this is not the place for you. When we got into the room it was right after cleaning the smell of bleach could knock you out it was making us feel sick. The back bathroom had a musty, damp smell that was persistent. There was still sand on surfaces from the previous occupant and the floor would mark your feet brown walking in bare feet. The couch had stains all over it as did one of the box spring. I just wanted to spend as little time there as possible. The only positive thing I have to say is the staff was polite and really responsive to questions and requests.

The room was clean but the yellow chair in the bedroom was stain and looked dirty. Amenities were good, really liked the coffee and liquied creamer. All in all, the room was nice. The only problem I had with the room was no hot water in the shower. I reported the problem and their handyman came to take a look. He could not fix the hot water problem so cold showers for entire stay. I would suggest their cleaning crew sweep the stair leading from front entrance to third floor. The four nights I stayed at the location, the same dirt,small bits of paper and dust balls remained on all the front staircases to apartments. Otherwise, the outdoor area in the backyard was quite clean and neat.

Great value! Clean, comfortable and in a great location. We spent most of our time out on the patio enjoying the sun and warm weather. The pool and courtyard area were cute. A couple issues were that the shower didn't get real hot, there was overwhelming mold on the courtyard cushions and umbrellas and the washing machine kept shutting off on us while trying to do a couple loads of laundry. Still would definitely recommend simply because of the fantastic value, cleaning cleanliness of the room and comfort.

The location was convenient and the actual room was clean, but the building itself seemed dirty, there appeared to be mold on the walls (not in my room but in the stairwell), lots of trash and dust along the stairs, and my room did not have hot water. I needed a last minute room and was very happy with the location and price, but wouldn't necessarily choose to stay there again.

The apartment is very well located. The rooms and kitchenette are in very good condition, as are the linens and towels. The floor, however, wasn't very clean. The bathroom ceiling needs painting. Finally, the guest service was entirely online and very efficient. Checkout is at 10:00 AM, but I suggest changing it to at least 11:00 AM.
