Belmont is a lovely area, though many locals come off as entitled. Thankfully, the staff at Motel 6 Belmont are the exact opposite—kind, down-to-earth, and multilingual. If the facility matched the staff’s quality, this place would be five stars. Pros: • Staff: 10/10 – friendly, helpful, and speak multiple languages. • Clean sheets, no bugs or hair. • Comfortable toilet, clean floor. • Great back parking for tall vehicles (my 16-ft, 11’7” truck fit perfectly). • Well-stocked snack machine. Cons: • No elevator – only stairs, which is inconvenient for luggage or accessibility needs. • Towels were stained (looked like blood or lipstick). • No basic toiletries besides a bar of soap. • Sink missing drain cap. • Ice machine was filthy inside. • Under the bed was dusty and not thoroughly cleaned. Overall: The staff deserve 10 stars, but the facility needs serious upgrades. Good for a quick stop, especially if you’re treated well by the front desk—because they truly make the stay worthwhile

The hotel is cheaper than others but you compromise for an old and smelly room masked by strong air freshener. The room also do not having certain necessities: no kleenex, shampoo, refrigerator or microwave. The parking lot is around in the back with some street looking people hanging around, making it feel unsafe.

Easy check-in, great price and location , my room and bathroom were really clean. What I didn’t like was the smell of weed around the property. Unfortunately , too many people smoked weed near the elevator when I stayed there . My room was fine and very impressed with cleanliness . I was very pleasantly surprised with our stay here. The reviews had me nervous but it was perfect for what we needed. Beds were comfy, clean room, good front desk service. Pool and hot tub were great. Overall perfect experience.

The property is limited in everything. The bed is dirty, no water bottle, no kettle, no glass (I did not drink anything during the stay). Linens are dirty.
