Comfortable business trip

The hotel is quaint and charming. I arrived at 8 AM for a 4 PM check in and I was able to check in early for $40. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The shower and tub could use updating, but it was fine. The pool is nice and relaxing. Only negatives are my toilet wouldn’t flush and it took several hours to get it fixed. Also, I left something at the pool and nobody could let me in the lost and found at 7 AM when I checked out.

This is a FABULOUS location. We thought the bar and lounge were great too! The street that my room faced was SUPER loud. Request not to be on Navaro. Other than that, loved it.

I had high expectations with this hotel. The location was great, food at the restaurant was great except for the small roaches in my bathroom, wobbly toilet, the filthy pool, housekeeping forgot to take the trash one day and horrible treatment from the restaurant manager when they charged my mom 3x at breakfast. I will not be staying here again.

The property it’s very nice place! clean, at the rooftop is the pool , after a long day traveling I enjoyed the jacuzzi with nice view ! The room was with a good space and, living room, bedroom and bathroom! everything is a step closer, to the river, located in the center of downtown, to the Alamo, walkable to the stores , the valet team was always very reliable and fast . The front desk ladies very polite and helpful. They were very helpful after ,in the bathroom flooded for some reason from the ceiling. They provided another small room after midnight, but was clean , that’s the only thing I need to shower and sleep, to wake up early for my son army graduation. Thank you.
