El hotel está bastante deteriorado y no es de categoría 3* como lo venden en su publicidad, sábanas rotas, toallas sucias, colchones rotos, moho debajo de las camas , no lo recomiendo para nada

Very dirty hotel the staff who work in the hotel are not polite the hotel was robbed some rooms and taking all the customers belongings and when I went to talk to the receptionist about this matter she spoke to me if it happened to me that I had to look for a police station to make an occurrence and she couldn't do anything I'm disappointed with everything that happened there same hotel

The staff seemed friendly even though no one spoke English. The building was patched up all over but none of the patches were painted. The roof in my first room leaked by the bed and the leak in the second room given to me was over the toilet. The place just needs a good paint job and the leaks in the ceiling fixed. The breakfast was the same options every day but it was acceptable.

Foi rasoavel. O ar nao funcionava muito bem. No segundo dia apareceram algumas baratas e o ar parou de funcionar no terceiro dia. Assim que comunicamos a recepcao nos mudou de quarto, porem tambem tinha baratas e a descarga com defeito.

Maravilhoso em tudo.

Maravilhoso! Confesso que me surpreendi, pois estive hospedada em outro hotel que faz parte da mesma rede e foi uma negação em tudo. Porém, este foi maravilhoso, da recepção até o café da manhã. A recepção e o rapaz da portaria, principalmente, estão de parabéns. Amei! Super recomendo, podem ficar sem medo.

Precisa de melhorias, mas bom custo benefício

Bom custo benefício. Porém posamos 3 noites e o quarto nunca foi limpo, mesmo deixando a chave na portaria. Ambiente do café da manhã pequeno para o número de hóspedes, toalhas e lençóis bem velhos.

Bom Custo-beneficio

Esse hotel tem um bom custo beneficio. Os funcionarios são bem atenciosos. No quarto, tudo Ok (Ar Condicionado funcionando bem, chuveiro Ok). Quanto à localização, existem bons restaurantes nas proximidades. No cafe da manhã, há uma grande rotatividade de hospedes e dependendo do horário as mesas estão quase todas ocupadas, mas a alimentação é boa e as funcionarias repõem os alimentos bem rápido.

O quarto que fiquei estava limpo quando cheguei, fiquei 2 diárias e mesmo colocando a placa que poderia executar a limpeza, esta por sua vez não foi feita. Chuveiro não esquenta bem, fora isso o pessoal bem acessível e bom atendimento. Café da manhã satisfatório.

Propaganda enganosa , quarto sujo

Assim que chegamos no dia 3 ficamos num quarto horroroso , sujo, com uma infraestrutura insalubre , o banheiro estava sujo , a privada estava com reboco de fezes , a pia com cabelo , o quarto tinha baratinhas , a sensação que tivemos é que alguém tinha usado e não tinha limpado o quarto, um completo descaso desrespeito conosco. Chegamos a noite exaustos e nem condições de tomar um banho digno tivemos , não tinha toalhas, o banheiro era sem box ,nem kit básico de higiene , o frigobar era enferrujado e sujo, a tv nao conectava a nada , o quarto com varias infiltrações… fomos até a recepção e informamos que estava totalmente diferente do que vimos no site , não nos trocaram de imediato de quarto alegando que não havia suite disponível, essa diária nos custou 739,28, a troca de quarto foi feita no dia seguinte após 12h pra um quarto que tbm havia baratinhas, enfim uma experiência muito negligenciada e decepcionante.

Apesar de todos os comentários negativos optamos pela acomodação devido custo benefício e pela localização estratégica para nossos passeios. Na chegada tivemos um problema relacionado com a falta de energia, porém foi ocasionado devido um incidente que foi resolvido no mesmo dia enquanto fomos passear. A surpresa foi a colaboradora Jarlene que deixou nosso quarto impecável todos os dias. Quanto ao café da manhã todas as meninas do refeitório são muito educadas e o café muito bom, nós atendeu perfeitamente. O ponto de atenção vai para as dependências que precisam um pouco mais de zelo, como reparos, uma limpeza mais detalhada nas fachadas, vidros e elevadores, coisas relacionadas a manutenção que são importantes. O chuveiro não esquenta muito também, se alguém tem problema com água em temperatura tépida ou fria repense. Mas em lugares do Caribe também é assim viu gente? Nos outros seguimentos de acordo com a localização e preço cumpre o que promete. Se alguém espera por algo diferenciado recomendo o Fera ou o Fasano.

Nem volto, nem indico a ninguém. Nem sanduicheira para esquentar sanduíche tem. O ovo acabou, demorou horas pra repor. E se repuseram pq não tinha tempo para esperar mais isso.
