Salmon Creek accommodation with spa

Housekeeping was terrible. They don’t really clean. I was refused service. When I switched my room. They said they couldn’t get pancake mix off the carpet. I was there for more than a week. Never switched rooms.

I slept well here and the staff was very helpful! I loved the complimentary bottle of wine and coffee! In the evenings there was a nice wine and cheese hour from 5-6. This is a nice location for Amtrak traveling and also it’s an easy walk to downtown transit! It’s a happening neighborhood! The staff really went all out to help make my stay amazing!

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Check in had a problem that they fixed with a smile and the Valet was very helpful storing my motorcycle for the night.

The breakfasts were good, we stayed there five days and there was a variety every day

The Holiday Inn, Portland Airport (IHG) was a great place to stay. Although I wasn't expecting to have to pay for parking, I can understand why it is required. I can see where people would use the hotel's parking space without staying at the location. Walking in, the staff was very pleasant to work with. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was offered, but it appeared there was a charge for it (I may be mistaken). There was some work underway on some of the rooms (window replacement/repair), but it didn't stop us from enjoying our stay. I would stay here again.

Charged us a smoking fee for zero reason at all, there is no damage or even any evidence of smoking and now randomly charged my card another $50 and $4 on my card. Will never stay here again
