We had a good stay

The property is on a busy corner, so it is rather noisy. It can also be a bit awkward to access. However, the room and common areas were clean, and all typically expected amenities were included and available. We were glad that they accommodated our small dog. The continental breakfast was fine. The front desk was empty much of the time, so we did not get some questions answered concerning local business establishments and directions.

Unpleasant Experience Despite a Clean Pool”

The room was in poor condition and clearly not cleaned properly. There were dead bugs in the bathroom, the shower drain was completely clogged, and the shower head sprayed water outside the shower, soaking the floor. On top of that, the shower rod was coming out of the wall. It felt like basic maintenance had been ignored. The only positive was that the pool was clean and available, but overall, the state of the room was very disappointing.

The staff does not monitor the condition of the equipment that customers use, the washing machine is dirty! There is carbon deposits on the iron! In the end, I wanted to wash my white shirt and iron it. As a result, I washed the shirt twice, there were stains, I removed them in the room in the sink and hung it up to dry. Before leaving, I wanted to iron it on the iron, there was carbon deposits, and dirt was flying out of the steam holes with the steam. The shirt was completely ruined.

If you need a cheap, quick place to sleep, this will do. The pool was ok, but the hot tub was so dirty. I didn't realize until i turned the jets off. There were chunks of skin and debris floating around- and a lot of it! I got the ick and had to get out and couldn't wait to go to my room and shower. The room was ok, nothing fancy. Clean but outdated and signs of wear. The beds were comfortable enough. Breakfast was a few carbs to choose from and just about clear "coffee." Head to the lobby pot... they made that one closer to normal strength. Overall, i would stay im a pinch but it just didnt feel like a fresh and inviting kind of place.

We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the place was and the bed was excellent. We slept so well! Minimal offerings for breakfast (which was included) but all items tasted great. Less than a 5 Minute drive to Salmon Creek Hospital. Starbucks close by. We will stay here again when needed.

Nice place to stay.

So good we tried to add another nite but hit the wrong button & reservation went to the other Quality Inn. Hotels.com non-refundable policy wouldn't let ussl correct our error so we had to go to the other hotel. Seems like we should have been able to simply change the hotel & pay or get credited for any difference in price. Both hotels were comparable & met our needs.

The room had a weird/bad smell, the bathroom wasn't very clean. The furnishings are old, including the carpet. The breakfast was basic, the only warm options were waffles or a toaster. The staff was great and check-in was easy. It's a convenient location, just needs a make over.

Check in was easy and quick. Room was nice and cool even though it’s warm outside. Laminate flooring, so no carpet to trap odors. Slightly dated but still cozy and comfortable. Upstairs and outside are a bit noisy so I turned on the bathroom fan for white noise to neutralize. All rooms are pet friendly! Free coffee and toiletries (upon request). Stocked vending machines. Plenty of dining options and a grocery store within easy walking distance.
