Comfortable bed, nice room, convenient access to trimetro public transportation. Great breakfast provided on site, and Anita was THE best host and wait staffer. Super friendly! Our flight left really late, front desk was happy to to let us check bags with them. Hotel is between neighborhoods. You got Pearl District which is safe, but below 5th the Downtown is hella sketchy especially around sundown. Travel in packs if you go further than the really good food truck court near the hotel. Lot of private security during daytime in many public spaces like the food truck court and Saturday Market.
