GREAT HOTEL and WONDERFUL STAFF

This hotel was just perfect. The staff (Stephanie, Alma, and Cassidy) were absolutely great to work with. Friendly, kind, and accommodating. The hotel was so quiet and they were BOOKED with teenage baseball and volleyball players all weekend. Breakfast was delicious!! Whoever was cooking those eggs deserves a raise. So good. Plenty of options for an INCLUDED Continental breakfast. Rooms were spacious WITH a fridge AND microwave. Great price and right off the Interstate 5 and 250 so convenient to get goin to anywhere in Vancouver or surrounding towns. 10 stars if they had the option.

It was ok

To start they didn’t have the room we booked available it was down for maintenance. They did what they could to make up for it by giving us connecting rooms at the rate we booked. They are under a renovation which is definitely needed. The black out currents are torn, the king room we had was so overly hot we had to have the window open and the ac going. There was no screen on the window either. The lobby fireplace vent goes up and against the wall to our room. The pool was not super warm and chunks of hair from other people in it. Then when we had to move a mattress to get a toy for our kiddo there was a full can of beer ready to explode between the wall and mattress from another guest. Breakfast was ok. Best part was probably the waffles but that is it.

We were in room 305. I'm guessing room 405, right above us, was the source of some guy- heavyset guy? - who seemed to spend the night with heavy steps walking back and forth throughout the night in his room. Very annoying. Those moments when he stopped, my wife and I were able to get some sleep.
