To be honest, I don’t like giving bad reviews. I arrived at 11 and the door was locked. The sign said use the phone and call zero for help. The phone did not work. So I called and no one picked up. I waited 20 minutes and the lady showed up. It was not her fault. She was the only one on staff and she was helping deliver extra towels to a customer. She was very apologetic and very nice. The suite I stayed in wasn’t very clean. There was chipped porcelain in the bathtub and hair on the ceiling. Also dirt on the kitchen floor. The overall stay was nice and the breakfast was good but paying over $200 a night for a suite I expected more.

The phone in the room is broken and cannot be used to contact the front desk. The electric stove top is broken and won't turn on. The dishwasher is about to fall off when you open it. Staff who couldn't say hi. The people above us were too loud, and you could hear them talking, flushing the toilet, and even just walking. The whole place smells sour and moldy.
