The heater in our room was broken. The inside temp was 54 degrees. (Outside 44) When I let the staff know, they said they knew it was broken, and didn't usually book that room, but as it was a busy weekend they did! Unbelievable to put someone in a room with a broken heater! I have attempted to speak with a manager and haven't heard back!!

The first picture on this site is of the hot tub. So I booked thinking we would be able to relax in the hot tub after a 16 hour drive. Well it’s closed for the season!!!!! That’s terrible!! Then we get our room and it looks like someone was murdered on the couch! A tan couch all red and disgusting. There was someone else’s black hair all in the shower. Do not recommend
