Hotel grounds near the elevator was dirty. No iron or ironing board in the rooms.The breakfast was poor. No waffle maker and the coffee was out. Location of the Hotel was unsafe. Beds was comfy. Poor to average. Hotel looks like apartment living. I would not stay there again.

They took my deposit because the floor was dirty it's laminate floor I have kids of course it's gonna have a little mess the pool is next door is it that hard to mop there very rude and didn't know what they were doing at the desk I rebooked and they wouldn't let me check in and now are not letting me get my refund this place is trying to take your money for any reason

Friendly staff and service. Very nice breakfast area with very tasty food and many choices of items. Room was clean and comfortable. Security was on site all the time so we felt safe.

Oddly enough I've had a few things missing for my room but other than that the hotel was very quiet pretty friendly staff mostly good clean rooms fully functioning but again who was able to come into the room to take items out LOL that was a loss for sure

Room I stayed in was comfortable and sheets and towels were clean. TV remote was filthy and bathroom could do with a steam clean. Good budget option for short stays (1-2 nights). Pretty noisy on Saturday night. They have security guard patrolling property so felt safe despite some homeless around area

During our check in they were evicting a tenant and cops where there to do that , it was 1AM in the morning, giving a feeling of an unsafe situation, We did not find the elevator as well. Although, the room was showing an updated floor and beddings, the pool and jacuzzi was enticing. Continental breakfast was also good and staff was very nice.
