The hotel looked like it was going through a transition. The door had a big gap at the bottom which blew in a lot of dust and debris. It just didn't feel like it was a full service hotel

Staff was ok. Maybe next time say the closest parking space to the room. The shower curtains don’t work, water goes through. Luckily the bathroom fan was strong enough to dry the water. Also wish the curtains covered to the wall so light doesn’t peak through, same with the bottom of the door. Nightstands were a little dirty same with the bathroom counters.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Be warned it is a little noisy since its right off the interstate, however with old sacramento and amenities a plenty within walking distances, well worth an overnight stay or two.

The bed was comfortable. The issues were that the cable didn’t work at all, and the front desk person told me none of the rooms’ cable worked either. There was a gap under the door so all the cold air kept coming in. We got extra towels to cover it up. We had to run the heater all night to keep up with the cold. So, that’s probably a hotel fix that they could do so that they aren’t paying loads in heating electricity!

While I was in the shower, my boyfriend noticed that someone was trying to get into the room, wiggling the handle and trying to see past the curtain. We ended up leaving this hotel for another one near by, we felt so unsafe.

The bed was comfy, I like the hot tub, easy parking, walkable to tons of restaurants and old town sac, quiet. BUT the tv didn’t work, and I wonder if it ever did/will. The “complimentary breakfast” was a few bagels and muffins and coffee and nothing else. The WiFi connection was horrible and kept kicking us out unexpectedly.

There was no information about limited hours for check in until room was booked. Arrived after stated 10pm check in availability so had to get a room at a different hotel to be sure I had a room. Sent a message to Vagabond on day of booking saying that I needed a late check in not knowing that the front desk was not manned after 10pm. Never heard back from them saying there was an issue. They need to state their limited check in policies up front.

Room was in good condition, TV was not working for our 2 night stay. Noise level was terrible, the second night of our stay, loud and rude language it, Sounded like a fight broke out.. to nervous to look outside.. very surprised security didn't shut it down oh it was after 2 am when this was all happening. I've stayed here a few times, great location, hope it was just a one time deal.
