Amazing time away

The room was in good condition and the bed was comfortable. The reason for the lower rating was the loud noise at night. This was not caused by airplanes taking off or landing - I suspect it was the shuttle from the north to the south terminal. It woke me up very early in the morning and I could not fall asleep after that - it really was very loud.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and the room was spotless. I will be staying here again and will also recommend to family and friends! Thank you for a stress free stay Jim

Excellent place to stay for convenience to Gatwick. Clean rooms, spacious areas and great food selections.

At check-in they lost our luggage. It had been put in storage on arrival as our room wasn't ready. Then, on our return they couldn't find it, the receptionist said he would have to check CCTV, to see if we had actually brought it in as though he didn't believe us.. They later found it in another storage area but no apology.

The staff are courteous and friendly. The rooms are spotless and the facilities are very good. Great value for money.
