The hotel was beautiful and the room was comfortable. The only bad thatbi can say is that the air conditioner shut off during the night so we woke up sweating. Not sire if this is part of the eco-friendly initiative but it would be nice if the air conditioner stayed on all night.

Check in a bit slow even no one there - take time to sort out room - then card key did not work and have to go back to reception- that they were surprised with the issue person at reception came with me to make sure door open this time

Very clean and comfortable with helpful receptionists around the clock. Has a shuttle to the airport for 5 pounds per person. A great place to spend the night between flights

For the reasonable price, it was much, much better than we expected. Modern, clean and compact rooms. Good bar, and the food offering was not bad at all. We will definitely book again any time we are getting an early flight from the airport.

Air conditioner was bad, the room was very hot and stuffy. The AC was stopping by itself, we have to get up numerous times a night to turn it back on. TV was not working, water in the shower was not properly draining and it was spilling over the edges while showering

No room service so click and collect option taken up. Informed no sandwiches served after 6pm. On collection i was presented with an enormous tray and then had to navigate a lift and 3 pull doors opening towards me with no help. Nearly dropped the lot. Loud alarm went off at 1am for a minute. Then stopped. No explanation offered. Sleepless night ensued after that. Nothing special about this hotel and it is 5 miles from South terminal. Bus service to airport was efficient
