Property was nice and clean with friendly staff, and super convenient for Gatwick. Only downside was tv in room, fiddly controls to get to channel guide, and loads of channels weren't tuned or were glitchy, I did try to report in the morning, but there was a big queue checking in.

It’s a nice hotel. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Easy to get to Gatwick airport via the shuttle bus service. Would stay here again.

Easy location for airport. A shuttle bus runs to the airport from the early hours, it takes 10 mins on the bus. I felt safe here.

Hidden gem

Great room and hotel! Only glitch which wasn’t tragic just annoying. Rooms are designed to be dark and sexy I think. But at 0300am when packing to catch your flight. Even with all the lights on, it’s difficult to look around the room to make sure we had everything!

The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that the walls are PAPER THIN. You can hear every little noise, I kept waking up on the hour due to hearing people talking downstairs, next door, in the hallway, in the restaurant( I was on the first floor right above restaurant) this kept going all night! Other than that, the location is amazing! Room was clean, bed was comfortable but was unable to sleep all night

Rooms were lovely and comfortable. Food in the evening was not described correctly, ordered steak and onion baguette got slice of meat not steak. Breakfast was mayhem no food was available at times very disappointed in this. Spoilt our stay.

Room is okay size, comfortable bed, small bathroom with nowhere to put anything. Had breakfast which was TERRIBLE! All the cooked food was stone cold, poor quality produce, unclean cutlery & sticky table - yuk…all for £16. AVOID BREAKFAST, it is truly hideous.

Comfy bed, friendly staff, very close to the airport. Great if you are a plane spotter. Blackout blinds and soundproof windows. On the down side there’s some kind of whistling noise (1st floor) that sounds a bit like a wind tunnel. Couldn’t figure out where it was coming from (bathroom vents?) but loud enough to wake you up - so ear plugs are suggested.
