Arrived at 11:00 am approximately. We were a party of 4 couples(family). One of our party had medical issues requiring urgent bathroom access. Were told that we could not check-in early as check-in was 3pm. Had to pay 95 pounds to access 1 room for the ill member of our group. We will look for alternative hotel in the future.

Location is Right in the North terminal. Very convenient for flying out the next day. Room was clean and staff was friendly. The only issue is that the hotel was difficult to find, the only signage in the airport said HOTEL... there are more than one Hotel there. I first went to the wrong one and they gave me directions to get to the right one. Some sinage with the hotel name would be helpful

Great hotel . Staff was excellent. My only complaint was the floors in our bedroom and the one above is was all very squeaky. We heard terrible aquaking whenever anyone was walking in their room (and I'm sure the people in the room under our heard us as well).
