The hotel is okay, but the service and payment methods are unclear. I was cheated and didn't receive an answer as to what the costs were. When I booked the hotel, I was told how much I should pay, but upon arrival, I was charged a refund that didn't match the original amount. What's more, I paid several times and none of the amounts matched, and I wasn't told what I was paying for. The system is incredibly opaque, and when I asked for an explanation, I was treated very poorly. I don't trust this hotel and will never use their services again.

Given a very nice welcome by very friendly and efficient reception staff. Given good information about times for dining etc and also booked a taxi for us to take us to city centre. Breakfast was extensive and very good quality. Breakfast staff were also exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Very clean room, pleasant and friendly staff. Room a little on the small side but for a one night stay it ticked all the boxes. Good choice at breakfast, free and easy parking and handy pub next door for food. Would stay again.
