booked into an occupied room (eventually this came out), dealt with by checking my booking-denial of my booking, Expedia chat helped out- Expedia rang, sent to same occupied room, another room found after I mentioned I was flying to Australia the next day and I was upgraded. A bit of an unnecessary run around. I think the hotel was overbooked for the type of booking, I was willing t0 pay to be upgraded but the reception staff just said they were booked out, a manager was more helpful and the phone call from Expedia helped.
