Splendid Single Family Pool / Whirlpool Home with 4 bedrooms - 3 baths located on an oversized lot on Rotonda River. Rotonda is only 4 miles away from our 3 Barrier Islands (Boca Grande, Palm Island and Manasota Beach) with a total of 42 Miles of white sandy beaches, Shopping, Malls, Bars and Restaurants.

House was built in summer 2019 - sleeps 2-8 persons

Pelican Shores was finished in August of 2019. It is a contemporary design with the most current building materials and an easy flowing floorplan, located on an oversized 80x180 ft. waterfront lot on Rotonda River giving you additional space and privacy. No corners were cut when it comes to ensure all vacationers are having a great time. There are 2 Master Suites with King beds, 2 additional bedrooms with 2 Queen beds, 3 full bathrooms, an amazing pool area with a large covered lanai, heated pool (at additional cost), Jacuzzi, Sunshelf and an extended Sundeck with 4 loungers for you to catch a nice golden tan. The roomy floor plan is perfect for a large family or a multi-generational vacation.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. There's a private lanai. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a phone, as well as a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
