Very conveniently located, we were able to walk to most of the landmarks; awesome staff, everyone was very helpful and helped us select some tours that accommodated to our limited time. And let’s not forget their breakfast, very, very good. I highly recommend this hotel.

We just came back from a week in Rome and this hotel was amazing! We stayed in the room with the terrace and everything from check in to check out was perfect. I saw some reviews about the elevator being small, having to take 2 separate elevators, not clean etc but I found those reviews to be ridiculous. It’s an older European building so yes it will be a little different than what you find in the states. It was clean, housekeeping was great, comfortable bed and the concierge were all super welcoming and polite and accommodating. The bartender was phenomenal and I had one of the best bloody Mary’s ever! Breakfast was great! They had some “American” options. The hotel is about 30 min walk from the city center but the area around it is quiet, there’s restaurant options, a farmacia near by and a super market. Overall I’d stay here again!

From entering this beautiful hotel we loved it, reception checkin fantastic, nice room for 3 (no5), stunning bathroom soft towels and very comfortable cotton bathrobes, excellent breakfast from buffet style, meats and cheeses, hor scrambled eggs and bacon to cereal and pastries

Staff was very friendly and polite! Location of the hotel right next to the Flaminio metro stop is definitely why we booked this place! Breakfast options were adequate. Highly recommend!

Beautiful boutique hotel, very clean, with very helpful staff. I loved the music playing in the background and proximity to the grocery store, great restaurants and many landmarks. 45min walk to the Colosseum is the longest. 25min walk to the Vatican, 20min walk to Trevi fountain. I will be back!

Enjoyable stay at River Palace

The hotel is in a lovely location, very convenient for walking or to get the public transport. The hotel has the Italian character and style we were looking for. The staff was very nice, friendly and went extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. The only downside we found was that the bathroom was very small but would still recommend the hotel.

Had two rooms, both of which had the set up - that is, bi-level with bed and computer desk upstairs and bathroom downstairs. There was virtually no where to sit. We had to be in the lobby if we wanted to sit. This situation was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

We are from Singapore my children 2 are Korean n 1 Thai . It was my children’s first trip to stay in Rome . This is a great hotel with wonderful staffs they are friendly and approachable especially the front desk staffs.We got ourselves each to a room The rooms are uniquely designed the bathroom is big and it is wonderfully tiled. We will definitely stay in this hotel again for our next visit .
