This was the perfect location, Bus, train and tram are all writhing 5 min. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff very friendly and professional. They will arrange a car to pick you up and take you to the airport.

Our room could use an update compared to other hotels we stayed at in Italy. But it was quiet and clean, and we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see in Rome

I think it is slightly overpriced and outdated the rooms in the pictures are a bit newer. We had a couch that was stained and looked very worn. The mini bar drinks for the price is not included not even water.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are excellent. Our room was nice but the shower/tub is small. Even though we faced the main street it was very quiet. The lobby bar was wonderful after a long day of touring. It’s a was a walk to the popular sights and we are older so walking was a challenge but it was also nice to leave the busier areas for the quiet.

Hotel was in a convenient location and staff were very nice. Only issue was our tv was crooked when we checked in. We told staff about it and when we came back it was readjusted but a few hours later it was crooked again.

I will leave my complete review on google and trip advisor with pictures later. 5 stars to cleaning. 2 stars for reception and staffs, especially the gent who checked us in and didn't even offer to send someone to help us on our luggage and carryons. Breakfast staffa used to ask other guests what they want to drink,but always skipped us except if we aks them. 4 stars for the area surrounding the place which is almost 30-40 minutes away from attractions. 2 stras for the room which is super small and only good for one person with a carry-on. 2 stars for the elevator from 1st floor to other floors that two person barley fit in it. 5 star for the decorations of hotel. As mentioned will add more details with pictures in google and trip advisor.
