Hotel overall was beautiful. The staff was friendly and they arranged transport for us to the airport, which was very convenient. My only complaint would be the shower water didn’t stay a consistent temperature. It cycled between cold and scorching hot about every 10-15 seconds. Other than that it was a lovely stay. The breakfast options were very fresh and the cappuccino machine was delightful.

Great Hotel just steps from the Trevi Fountain

Very good hotel accommodations. Fast Wi-Fi. Comfortable bed. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Free breakfast included in our reservation. Highly recommended.

Everyone so helpful. Answered every question kindly and genuinely. They truly are the best location. The best shopping, taxis are right outside the hotel, safety precautions suggestions were mentioned but I felt so safe here. Amazing nights on the patio. Opt for panoramic suite if you need a bigger room. You will not regret it. Breakfast with Leo and Melania was amazing everyday! Many choices and made to order as well. Can’t rave enough about this place.
We were spoiled from day one. They have a shuttle service use it. Breakfast was amazing! Leo and Melanie catered to our every request and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed all our delicious food.

Nice location

The breakfast options need reconsideration. The bellman needs to be more attentive (and have more than one person). The location is great. The suite was nice. The housekeeper didn’t clean the terrace when she cleaned the room. There were a few unpleasant things that happened that they had to refund us half the stay.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The hotel is located in the heart of Rome, which was bursting with energy. It is conveniently walkable to many historic sites. Lots of dining options within a 1-5 mins walk. We had the connecting family room, which was perfect for us. The staff was super helpful. The breakfast was very good as well. I also found a self service laundromat just five minutes from the hotel, which made it convenient to do a load before and embarking on our cruise.
