Check in was great. Staff was very helpful to set up taxi service to the airport and followed up as needed. Toilet had a minor issue that was promptly fixed by staff. Breakfast was good. Hotel is very close (2 blocks) to Rome train station. Rooms have good air conditioning.

The air conditioning was not working on two floors of the hotel so we were transfered (and upgraded I believe) to another hotel which is part of their group. They covered the transfer by taxi and offered us complimentary drinks. All in all they handled it very swiftly and it was all very seamless. They could not have handled that situation better.

If you want to be by the train station (and we did) you cannot pick a better location. It’s only two blocks away, which is just far enough to be quiet. Hotel is super clean and the staff are phenomenal. Nothing fancy here, just a good value and a perfect location if you are arriving and departing via train.
