Rude staff

I’m not going to complain about things that are typical in Europe hotels that differ from North America. The staff, in particular the lady with med length blonde hair, was rude every interaction with her. Checking in is confusing because you need to walk up some stairs with your bags to get to the front desk, a real challenge for guests with mobility issues. The staff did help with our bags to our room, but neglected to inform us the was in immediate step down once we entered our room and my sister fell and sprained her ankle, no apology and the bag of ice never came…breakfast was included but I’ll warn you not to try and get yourself a coffee or the blonde lady will rudely interrupt you and then complain about you in Italian to the staff while looking right at you. Would I recommend this hotel or ever stay here again, NO. There are a lot of hotels in the area and I’d find another hotel next time I’m in Rome

Great location. Rooms are very nice and clean. Elevator very small and old fashioned. Definitely not a wheelchair hotel have to walk up steps to get to the elevator.

Staff was very friendly and helpful except for one person that she was very rude! About the room- didn’t get the room i reserved shown in pictures, found what looked like facial hair on the bathroom sink, some tiles of bathroom’s floor were loose and it was a very tight spot getting in and out of the shower, bed was comfortable and location is amazing(near lots of restaurants, stores and only 5 mins away from TREVI FOUNTAIN.

I had a great stay! Property was clean, conveniently located to many sights, and felt safe. I arrived before check-in and the hotel watched my bags and even had them brought up to my room when it was ready! They also watched my bags after I checked out so that I could continue exploring before my train. Would stay here again!

The place was clean, but very rustic, older property. Could have done better renovation. Elevator not to ground floor or lobby area. Staff sometimes friendly and attentive, others not so much. Hotel was very centric and walking distance to most places of interest as well as a lot of restaurants and shops.
