Registering for the room was easy. The room was clean and well presented and an excellent value. The host and his wife went above and beyond in caring, friendliness and service. The location was within walking distance of the Vatican Museum and St. Peter's. Breakfast was across the street and he staff there were friednly and provided a quality breakfast. Shopping was available nearby. We loved staying there and would do so again in a minute. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable and cozy B&B. Convenient location within walking distance to the vatican and delicious food places. Breakfasts are absolutely tasty as well. Will book again when we visit Rome again in the future.

For the positives the location was extremely close to a subway station which made getting around Rome very easy. The location was clean, the wifi was pretty reliable, and the air conditioning was cooperative. The bed, pillows, and bedding were all decent as well. For the negatives the bathroom was clean but a nightmare to use. The toilet needed WAY too much time to function in between flushes to the point you dreaded having to use it. It made a horrific noise each and every time you flushed. The shower was small and too prone to letting water escape as well. The entire bathroom was tiny as well. This place is also inside a larger building - I think it just occupies a single floor. The larger building doesn't have the air conditioning running so any time you are in a general area it is brutally hot. It also means there isn't a reception desk to let you in when you arrive so we had to wait for far too long carrying our bags in that heat waiting for someone to come let us in.

The reception host was very friendly and helpful. The room was a fair size for the cost, and is well located, close enough to taxi it to the main sites in Rome and Vatican. The bed was not so comfortable - with a lumpy mattress, but condition of the room / bathroom was fine. More hooks for towels would have been helpful. WiFi is great and reliable, apartment was quiet. Breakfast is served across the road at Cafe 49, and friendly service there. Overall good!

Smallest shower space in the world (24" x 24") with the smallest door (12" more less) if you are just a bit big guy you get to no take a shower lool. Other than that the place is ok.

B&B Perseo is very conveniently located if you are visiting the Vatican or the Vatican museums. It is also very close to Cipro metro station, so you can get to Termini in about 20 minutes with no changes. There are some very good places to eat nearby, especially Voglia di Pane (cafe/bakery) and Eroi della Pizza (suppli and excellent pizza).

I found the bathroom very small and unsafe, easy to slip and fall because there's no room to move and you have climb up to get into the shower. We're medium built and my husband is tall. This was a struggle for us. The room itself is spacious and clean but the bed was uncomfortable as the mattress which has one of those toppers keeps sliding down towards the end of the bed. I felt the communication could be better from the owner. I would not stay here again and would not recommend.

the property is located in a less touristy area so it's nice and quiet, and definitely great for eating at local restaurants. It's also walking distance to Vatican museum so we were able to get there early to line up for tickets. We booked a quadruple room which has a fridge. The only downside is that the bathroom and shower stall is b it tight.
