Very nice, clean, cozy place. Conveniently located close to Vatican. What makes the property unique- is the host Francesco. He is very courteous and attentive to any needs and easy to reach. Excellent stay, excellent service, excellent cleanliness. The host, Francesco,was absolutely excellent! He showed us where to go, and what to do in Rome. He explained everything on a map he provided. The room was located in an excellent spot, as well. A few minutes from the Vatican, the train station, restaurants, cafe's, bus stops, etc..

This is not a typical hotel. It has a part-time clerk who is wonderfully helpful. There are a limited number of comfortable, modern, and well kept rooms. Its main feature is its proximity to the Vatican and local sites.

The room was very spacious, clean and room well appointed. It felt like a new outfitted room. The check in with Francesco was extremely helpful. We visited all of his restaurant suggestions and enjoyed them especially DAI MIEI! Rome was an incredible city.

Excellent and comfortable stay

Excellent stay, went way beyond our expectation. The host Francesco is amazing and super helpful. He gave us a lot of tips on places to visit and eat around the city and all of the recommendations were very helpful. The rooms were very clean and the place is only minutes away from the bus and train station but also minutes away from walking to some of the top locations in the city. Would definitely recommend the place.

Very close to the Vatican & bus lines in a small quite neighborhood, this place is clean, clean, clean as if an army of nuns do the cleaning, the only dirt in this place comes on your shoes, the room is very modern, bright with white sheets, several pillows, decoratve bronze bed runner & pillows, the room has electric operated roll down blinds that block out all the light so set your alarm clock beacuse you will sleep like a baby, the room has nice modern suitcase & clothes storage & small tv, the bathroom is clean & bright with decoatve tiles, the shower is on the small size so the very robust clients may not find it the most comfortable, the shower has nice warm water with a rain drop shower head & a hand held unit, the bathroom has small low seat tiolet & a bidet, the room is secured with an electron card key sytem, the complex has five rooms all secured by the card key system, a community snack room / breakfast area with an outside smoking viewing area, the building has a small elevator for two so abundant luggage may take a couple trips, our stay was extremly comfortable & relaxing, this is hands down the very best small hotel / motel in Rome, your host Francesco is the nicest, most helpful & considerate person in Rome, he helps with taxis, bus routes, maps, restaurants & sight seeing so enjoy your stay Rome

Francesco was very helpful and nice. The place was very clean and quiet. Short walk to the Vatican, lots of eateries around. Would definitely come back if I ever come back to Rome!
